Report from Argentina: communication

Article Abstract:

Recent changes in Argentina's economy have brought about considerable improvements in the local system of employee benefits and compensation. Prompted mainly by the same factors that influenced changes in the country's economy such as privatization of state companies and the pegging of the peso/dollar exchange rate, these alterations in human resources are actually beneficial to both employees and employers. Employers need to implement efficient benefit communication policies to reinforce employees' loyalty and appreciation for companies' efforts to improve their standard of living.
