Safest cities for expatriates revealed: international

Article Abstract:

According to a survey on quality-of-life conducted by Mercer Human Resource consulting, Luxembourg ranks as the top city for safety and security of expatriates. Other cities in Western and Eastern Europe, and North and South America are also ranked in the survey. The criteria used for the survey are also listed.

The consequences of changing from a share-option plan to a share-award plan are examined. The problems in countries such as Australia, Brazil, France, Germany, India, the Netherlands, Russia, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States are to be explored in order to structure a global share plan.

How cities are ranked for quality of life: international.

Article Abstract:

A worldwide quality-of-life survey covering 215 cities was conducted in November 2002. The aim of the survey was to assist governments and multinational companies when placing employees on international assignments.
