The good and the bad: the impact of diversity management on co-operative relationships

Article Abstract:

A study was conducted to examine the effects of cultural diversity on co-operative relationships. Community-based co-operation and complementary co-operation, which are two different modes of co-operation, are postulated. Findings indicate that cultural diversity should not be interpreted as differences between stable sets of values and norms. They should be understood as a way to explain inter-individual difficulties.
