Trust and justice in the formation of joint consultative committees

Article Abstract:

Trust and justice theories are used to create a framework to understand the processes involved in the creation of a joint staff-management consultative committee, with consideration to institutional and interpersonal aspects. Initial guidelines with regard to establishing such arrangements are discussed.

Should I stay or should I go? Agency nursing work in the UK

Article Abstract:

Two nursing agencies were surveyed to determine why nurses in the UK work on an agency basis. Nurses who worked on an agency basis did so because it afforded them flexibility and better work-life balance. Agency work represented a transition between the nursing profession and a different career.

A study on status inconsistency, resulting from reasons like workplace diversity, is presented. The study analyses status inconsistency as a factor that leads to bullying behavior amongst groups in workplaces.
