Article Abstract:

The 2005 Towers Perrin study report reveals that Chinese employees are attracted only towards such companies which provide learning and development opportunities that enhance their future employability and open up career options. Such an outlook on the part of employees is helping employers in China to build an effective workforce and deliver stronger business performance.
