Working mothers under most pressure

Article Abstract:

Ceridian Performance Partners and Management Today magazine report working mothers feel more pressure in the workplace. Over 1,850 managers were surveyed. Over one-third of all mothers but only 20% of all fathers feel uncomfortable requesting time off for family duties. Employers' complicity with new maternity leave laws is also discussed.
