reDefined Contribution Health Care suggests a process to create a more consumer-driven health care market to combat rising health care costs and a society increasingly unsatisfied with employer sponsored health care services. The value-sensitive market requires a planned, staged approach that will include immediate actions and work toward fundamental, long-term changes.
