New communications techniques: getting the employee involved

Article Abstract:

Employers should consider interactive communications techniques designed to assist benefits personnel in educating employees on the control, selection and management of benefits. Clearing the flexible benefits administration hurdle

Article Abstract:

Flexible plan services provide firms which sponsor such plans an advantage in implementation. However, the services rendered by a recordkeeper may not be enough to handle too much paper work. To resolve this dilemma, companies turn to internal flex software programs which minimize the complexity associated with the preparation and management of benefit plans. Such a method allows firms a more cost effective way of handling their flexible plans.
