Using pagers to locate hard-to-find clients is discussed. Used pagers can be nexpensive, as is a paging service. Anecdotes regarding pager use are given.

Choosing betwseen facsimile transmission and e-mail is discussed. The technology keeps evolving, and the latest improvement, fax boards, is described. According to industry sources, fax use is increasing and it will remain an essential tool for a long time.
