"Foreign trips are good for team-building exercises," said Andrew Wall, the of IT Prospects (London, England) Managing Director Andrew Wall believes that foreign travel is an excellent vehicle for building team spirit. Wall believes that foreign travel is efficacious in the area of team-building for they let employees get to to know each other. As the head of a recruitment agency, Wall takes his sales team on foreign trips twice annually; business is conducted on the trip, which helps cover the costs in two ways: by making sales targets and providing a tax write-off.

One man's dream, another's nightmare

Efforts to automate the US Postal Service are underway, as Marvin Runyon envisions a more reliable and technologically advanced means of gaining access to American citizens. The retired Postmaster General, to whom Ford Motor Corp's first ever assembly line robot is credited, has already designed a system for monitoring catalogues and other mails. However, Runyon's ingenuity and expertise pose serious threats to thousands of workers, who may be laid off due to his inventions.
