Article Abstract:

Humorous anecdotes on the tobacco industry product liability litigation are invented. Examples are a school maintenance man dismissed for signing a no-smoking anytime oath and a mayor defending the dismissal because it sets a good example for children and a Ford Foundation funding of the Health Correction Corps, which provides scholarships for a promise to spend three years after college graduation helping local police squads stamp out illegal smoking.
