The hypothesis of the European legal person

Article Abstract:

The European Union (EU) has found success in creating and operating an inner market, free of barriers and restrictions by issuing directives but a number of difficulties related to business enterprises are emerging which have extensive impact on the free movement and settlement of people. An attempt is made to find the legal means of an alternative of free settlement based on the basic judicial principles of the EU, keeping in mind the commitment of the EU to continuing the horizontal and vertical integration.
