Article Abstract:

Jeffrey Green, the general counsel of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, is profiled. The authority has an annual budget of $2.5 billion and about 7,000 employees. The 1993 World Trade Center bombing resulted in a great deal of work and Green is still dealing with lawsuits relating to this event.
