Article Abstract:
The science fiction story based on the tribal disputes between the Two Rivers tribe and the Great Plateau tribe are described where several members of the Two Rivers tribe killed those of the Great Plateau as the latter had ill-equipped guns for combat. The Mark 27 Vanderbilt, equipped with a stage-two Artificial Intelligence, must prevent friendly fire attacks, however, it prevented both friendly fire incidents and enemies from using the tribes' own weapons against them.

The conception of a conception
Article Abstract:
John Dowell and John Long's model for the conception of cognitive engineering was criticized. Their proposed model was considered as high-level and ineffective due to its didactic construction. The development of their model entailed the simplification and alteration of existing models, conforming it to their own design activity without considering its usefulness for other's activities.
