'Buy-America' provision hurts U.S. defense capabilities

Rep. Duncan Hunter sponsored the 'Buy American' provision of the defense-procurement spending bill, that has resulted in heated debate. The author advocates abandonment of this provision claiming it would harm U.S. defense capabilities.
