C4 and Paramount in E4 launch talk

Article Abstract:

Viacom's Paramount Comedy Channel is thought to be in negotiations with Channel 4 about becoming a partner in E4. The new channel is expected to be launched by Spring 2000. C4 has been looking for a partner for the new endeavor for some time.
