There are expected to be several serious buyers of the latest broadcasting equipment at NAB '96, and companies such as Sony are introducing new products. Sony's new lightweight digital format DVCAM is based on the consumer DV format and is aimed at corporate and business users.Software will also be prevalent at the show including Cambridge Animation's Animo Version 2.0, a computerised cartoon software.
