The Sheffield Documentary Festival posed the issue the rise of celebrity-studded factual entertainment shows, but several documentaries have been showing favorable ratings. Such is the case of "Who Do You Think You Are?" on BBC1, which enjoyed a 29% share, attracting 6 million viewers . The ratings of other documentaries are discussed.
