Four-ward thinking

Article Abstract:

Broadcaster/distributor, Channel 4 International (C4I) could be one of the big losers in the post Communications Act world due to people looking for distribution rights elsewhere since Producers' alliance Pact has estimated that Channel 4 could lose up to 8 million pounds in distribution business. C4I would have a rolling programme development fund of 2 million pounds, 15 million pounds of deficit funding and around 3 million pounds a year of co-production moneys.
