Gambling syndicates

Article Abstract:

A lot of effort is being made in the development of radio programmes for syndication in the UK, to enable smaller independent local radio stations to compete with the British Broadcasting Corporation. The Press Association and Unique Broadcasting are producing news services for use by radio stations. Unique Broadcasting's staff includes Simon Bates, Steve Wright, and Johnny Beerling, all previously employed at Radio 1FM, who all front syndicated programmes.
