Horrocks calls for election poll pool

BBC head of current affairs Peter Horrocks believes that UK broadcasters should conduct joint exit polls at the next general election. Collaboration on the polls could avert the broadcasting fiasco that has clouded the presidential election in the US.

BBC looks to slash in-house output
