Article Abstract:

Broadcast shares and ratings for the week ending June 17, 2001 are presented. ITV's "Coronation Street" was on every night from Sunday to Friday, with Sunday's episode pulling in the best ratings with 14.24 million viewers as number one show of the week. All six episodes of "Coronation Street" and all three episodes of BBC's "Eastenders", and Friday's episode of ITV's "Emmerdale" rounded out the top ten.
