Terry Bate, former chief executive of TV Corporation, has been appointed cha irman of Talent TV and will be given a deal-making role. Bate has acquired almost all of the 14.3% stake of former chair Bob Benton and will be assigned to facilitate deals due to his mergers and acquisitions experience. Apollo 11 story to launch Five series
