A new headquarters building for the Navy League

Article Abstract:

Unanimous approval of rezoning and general land use of the current headquarters building of the Navy League of the United States means that plans for consolidating the entire block may continue. Other aspects of the building plans are presented.

Article Abstract:

The US Navy has too few ships, especially attack submarines, to fulfill its mission in a dangerous world. The fleet also needs 3 more aircraft carrier groups. Military spending should be 4% of GDP, not its current 2.9%.
