A study that examines the latest operational and technical processes of contemporary command team and c training in the midst of a fundamental transition, is presented. Thus, it is reported that naval command team training is moving abroad ship to allow crew to etrain-where-they-fightE, and learn and rehearse, in real-time, the tactical and operational procedures required in real world operations.

JMOTS training paints on a broader canvas

Captain Andrew Cameron, Director of the Joint Maritime Operational Training Staff views the benefits and challenges of joint training for coalition operations. Capt. Cameron believes that a coalition force with wide diversity of people and technology will provide a great learning experience for JMOTS and JMC and that both will see further evolution in their training for joint operations.
