Here comes Tricare for life

Article Abstract:

Retired military personnel will be offered new pharmacy and health benefits for life designed to supplement Medicare in 2001. The retirees hope the new benefits will be all that they were promised they would be. Terms of the benefits are described.

Article Abstract:

Reserve personnel and reservists and their families tricare programme was launched to ensure continuity of care and timely access to the military health system for guard. It is not possible to go to war without the components and thus bills covering health care, income loss protection, and other efforts to aid reservists are passed.

Battle over Tricare; What the military coalition wants; Lower taxes

Article Abstract:

Pentagon plans to raise Tricare fees for military retirees under 65 years of age to effect projected savings running into billions of dollars. The Military Coalition, a consortium of veterans and service groups is against this raise in fees and wants the US Congress to pass new initiatives.
