Canada prepares for terror threats

Article Abstract:

Canada launched a development programme to prepare itself and its armed forces for the consequences of terrorists attacks involving unconventional weapons, either on its home soil or on its troops deployed abroad. Canadian Air Forces (CAF) operate two Canadian Integrated Biochemical Agent Detection System (CIBADS) and three 4WARN systems from General Dynamics Canada, but there is now a Vital-Point Bio-Sentry project under way to try to provide an across-the-board capability for the CAF.
