Digital targeting in the MAGTF

Article Abstract:

Digital targeting systems, with their ability to facilitate rapid precision fires with maximum situational awareness and a minimum of human manipulation, like the target location designation and handoff system (TLDHS) will enhance the Marines' ability to operate in decentralized environment and use multidimensional strategies. The net effect of these systems will be an increase in the Marine air-ground task force (MAGTF) operational fluidity, tempo and ability to conduct a wide range of simultaneous operations.
