Gunning for trouble? Canadian street gangs and illegal firearms

Article Abstract:

A Canadian police operation against a Toronto youth street gang, the Jamestown Crew who acquired US sourced guns has resulted in the closing of a transnational firearms smuggling route between the US and Canada and it is apprehended that some of the activities of street gangs reach beyond city neighborhoods and can even involve cross-border and transnational activities.
