Leadership in five seconds

Article Abstract:

A three-day Army Training Test (ATT) at the Grafenwohr Training Area is the precursor to a series of evolving unit evaluation programs, and is conducted since World War II. It finitely tests a unit's individual and collective administrative, logistics, operational and tactical functions by using numerical scores, and the unit with the highest score is considered the best, thereby getting many rights until the next ATT.
