Threat assessment: militancy in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Article Abstract:

The current threat off terrorism in Bosnia and Herzegovina comes from a younger, post-war generation of militant Islamists, radicalized by US actions in Iraq and Afghanistan. The threat from these militants is made more potent in Bosnia because of its readily available military explosives and weak banking regulations which allow for significant sums of money to be moved undetected from one anonymously held account to another.
