Lieutenant Andrej Pecar

Lieutenant Andrej Pecar, commanding officer of Slovenia's naval patrol craft speaks on the service's sole patrol boat, 'Ankaran', the Super Dvora MkII commanded by him and home ported in the Port of Koper. Ankaran itself was commissioned in 1996, and has two 20 mm cannon and two 7.62 mm machine guns.

UK government examines Southeast Asia shipbuilding opportunities

Article Abstract:

The ship building yards of Southeast Asia could receive a major boost with the U.K. Defense Export Services Organization indicating it was open to foreign suppliers, and contracting of naval yards for building its warship hulls, with South Korea emerging a frontrunner.
