Marine Corps University's role in developing leaders for the 21st century

Article Abstract:

The role of Marine Corps University (MCU) in 'setting the conditions' for leader development is described by highlighting some initiatives and changes in the training and education process that directly relate to increasing the abilities of Marines. The MCU plays an increasing role in ensuring that the schools are serving commanders in the Operating Forces.
