Militaries assess the long and the short of weapon location

Article Abstract:

The current peace operations have highlighted the gaps in the short-range and long-range weapon-location capabilities but these deficiencies can be overcome by combining the radar data with the data of the other sensors. The systems like Counter Battery Radar (COBRA) and Ericsson's C-band Artillery Hunting Radar (ARTHUR) can assist in overcoming the deficiencies to a certain extent.
