Missile Defence Feasibility Study
Article Abstract:
The main objectives, methodology and findings of the Missile Defence Feasibility Study (MD-FS), which is approved by the Conference of National Armaments Directors (CNAD) Missile Defence Project Group, NATO, are discussed. The MD-FS is the analytical basis for decision that the Alliance might wish to take on future territorial MD and informs Alliance leaders on performance, cost, and development risk of potential deference options.

The offensive use of ballistic missile shields
Article Abstract:
The deployment of anti-missile shields does not necessarily reflect a defensive strategy but reflects the traditional struggle between offensive and defensive systems. The U.S. and NATO nuclear policy would deal with the relationship between the political and military rationales and study the existing political framework in which the U.S. National Missile Defense (NMD) also plays a major role.
