Operations Other Than War (OOTW): an expanding spectrum of operations

Article Abstract:

The Republic of Singapore Navy has deployed its ships beyond the region for OOTW (Other Than War) missions such as socio-civic activities, Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) and Peace Support Operations. The Republic of Singapore Navy continues to upgrade its suite of capabilities, its organizational structure and training systems.

The Brazilian Fleet

Details of the Brazilian Naval Power comprising of the Surface Force, Submarine Force and the Naval Air Force are presented. The Fleet which is moored near Island of Mocangue has authority over Operational System Support Center and a Training Center and over the Rio de Janeiro Naval Base.
