RSTV: 'the realm of the possible'

Article Abstract:

The reconnaissance surveillance targeting vehicle (RSTV), which uses hybrid electric drive technology, is a vehicle intended for reconnaissance community that fulfills its requirements for a helicopter transportable vehicle identified by the Marine Corps. The Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) conducted a limited objective test at the United States Army Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona, in August 2003 to assess the maturity of the RSTV technology.
