Article Abstract:

The Third US Army, a force suited for an expeditionary Army, headquartered at Fort McPherson, Georgia is a small organization flexible, agile and mobile and has served as a coalition forces land component command (CFLCC) headquarter, a coalition joint task force headquarters and as a service component command for US Central Component. The Third Army is the answer to the US Army's quest for a 'campaign quality Army with joint and expeditionary capabilities'.

The air land sea application center

Article Abstract:

The tactics, techniques, and procedures and the lessons learned by the soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines, as the global war on terrorism continues, is discussed. The need for interaction and interoperability solutions between the services at the tactical level continues to grow as the US military continues to fight more jointly.
