Article Abstract:

Army Intelligence is a key component of the joint team and it must plan, modernize, train and operate jointly to ensure that the Army is ready. A coordinated effort is required to filter, fuse and share massive volumes of information almost instantaneously in order to get the right knowledge, in the right format, to those who need it, in time for it to be valuable.

Article Abstract:

Donald H. Rumsfeld, Secretary of Defense has presented a list of proposed base closures and realignments to the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Commission. The changes will determine how the military will be structured to fight in the 21st century and it will save $48.8 billion over 20 years.
