Rough terrain container handler

Article Abstract:

The U.S. Army learnt few important lessons for Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) such as the critical contribution of dedicated logistics handling systems at all levels of U.S. Army organizations. The rough terrain container handlers (RTCH) are very important for the rapid resupply of divisional troops, as most of the corps and theater logistics pushes arrived on flatbed trailers with containers.
