TRW Aerospace and Information Systems CEO Ronald D. Sugar opined that its innovation-fostering corporate culture is due to the company's considerable investment in R&D, representing roughly 31% of total revenues, and the encouragement of talented staff. He believes that TRW space systems will continue to provide the world with remarkable achievements and amazing discoveries because the company has already laid the groundwork for many 21st-century advances.
