Serbia reforms with NATO in mind

Article Abstract:

Zoran Zivkovic is making extensive reforms to Serbia and MontenegroEs military and intelligence organization to gain membership in NATO and the EU. Measures to achieve this have coincided with a wave of reforms initiated after the assassination of prime minister Zoran Djindjic and add up to a potentially radical change in Serbia and MontenegroEs military, intelligence and military-industrial structures.

Article Abstract:

Muaffaq al-Rubai, National Security Advisor, Iraqi Interim government, states that the Iraqi government would have to increase its own force strength and would also require long-term assistance from Coalition forces in order to provide security and stability throughout the country. He also feels that the interim government policy is not confrontational towards Iran.
