Shielding the blue diamond: counterfire operations in the 1st Marine Division

Article Abstract:

The countless peacetime training exercises have finally paid off as the Marine artillery, aviation, sailors of blue diamond (1st Marine Division (1st MarDiv)) and sister Service fire support assets have silenced the Iraqi indirect fires capability.
