SunTek Systems Inc is a provider of engineering services and systems development expertise to defense industry's and organizations worldwide. The Tinton Falls, NJ-based company, established in 1991, specializes in data services software, database interoperability, enterprise analysis and the production and design of supporting data visualization systems. SunTek is the company behind the US Army's multilateral interoperability program and the joint common database program.

The US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) is the Army for future operations and uncertain challenges is the Army's architect of the future. TRADOC applies lessons learned from current operations and engages in tough war games and experiments to prepare the Army for future operations and uncertain challenges.
