The Army's foundation: Adapting and delivering

Article Abstract:

The U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) plays a pivotal role in supporting an Army both at war, and its transformation in order to continue the sustainment of the all-volunteer force, train soldiers and leaders for war, and prepare for the future Army modular force. The TRADOC has made fundamental changes to how the Army conducts initial entry training (IET) and leader development without losing the essential elements of the technical competencies that soldiers need.
