The Army Reserve at war and marching to the future

Article Abstract:

'Twice the citizen' is the motto of the US Army Reserve, an auxiliary of the Army, that reflects the commitment that Army Reserve soldiers have made to follow the example of their forefathers to fight for the nation and be prepared at all times. The capabilities of the Army soldiers and units must be fully optimized while maintaining their identity as 'twice the citizen' and hence the Army Reserve must be transformed to meet the challenges of warfare in the 21st century.
