Article Abstract:
The U.S. military is the biggest, toughest force in Iraq but the studies states that their power could not ensure calm in Iraq. A Kurdish member of governing council had stated that the Americans had won the war but they couldn't win the peace because they had lost the support among the Iraqi due to their act.
