A teen says "Warlock" drove him to murder; did a horror film spark a brutal child slaying?

You know something really messed up was that Sandy Charles as a young offender in room 1 of the east wing of Kilburn Hall, was not crazy. He had an obsession for attention I know I was his neighbor. He may have been a YO and would of served 4-7 yrs. incarcerated but where is he now. Free? The weirdest thing when I moved from being his neighbor was that Barry Dearing moved in and he too was a killer of Biggar. He wasn't crazy either, but what a fucking weirdo with his in bred family and his need for attention. Well another killer graduated from YO to adult Kilburn Hall should change its standards on YO closed custody act and how to deal with Young Offenders. There just making killers out of petty criminals.
