Barclays complicit in Black manipulation, judge says

British Billionaires David and Frederick Barclay were eager to buy The Daily Telegraph that they went along with Conrad Black's manipulation of directors and shareholders, as per the conclusions of Delaware Chancery Court judgment. The ruling provides new details about the relationship between the Barclays and Lord Blacks.

Black set to give up Canadian citizenship

Conrad Black of Hollinger Inc. renounces his Canadian citizenship after losing a suit to revoke the blockage of a peerage granted by the British government. The move will alter the tax status of newspapers that Black has a stake in.
