JumpTV.com Canada Inc. has written to the Copyright Board, stating that it no longer wishes to a hearing on its application for the right to rebroadcast Canadian and U.S. television programs across the Internet. The company claims this action reflects a change in its business model.

Canadian institution snared by Reebok: Athletic shoe giant makes all-cash bid for Hockey Co.

Article Abstract:

Hockey Co. Holdings Incorporation, the world's largest hockey equipment and apparel manufacturer, is offered dollars 270 million all-cash takeover by Reebok International Ltd. The deal is struck with the approval of both the companies and 41 percent shares of Hockey Co. are taken over by Reebok.
